Bookings

We accept children between the ages of 4 to 12, from when they have started primary school until they begin Year 8. All places will be offered on a 'first come, first served basis'. When all places are filled a waiting list will be established.

In term time we offer permanent, temporary or ad hoc bookings and we offer an early afternoon session for secondary school children who finish school at 2.30pm. If you wish to cancel a temporary or ad hoc place for any reason, we require 48 hours notice. If you wish to cancel a permanent place for any reason it is to be paid for regardless, unless you are shortening or cancelling the place altogether which in this case, we require 4 weeks' notice in writing.

In the holidays it is book as-and-when you need and there are 2 time slots available, either 8.45am - 3.00pm or 8.30am - 5.30pm. If you wish to cancel a place in the holidays we require 1 week's notice.

We are closed over the Christmas period and on Bank Holidays.
